End of my Junior Year
There is so much that has happened for me this year, and I have to say, this is my favorite year in high school. I have met, and become closer, with the boys in my class. Of course, I am sad that I have only had one year with them.
There is a lot that I feel I have personally accomplished in this classroom alone. It has helped that there are people with different visions in the classroom. This makes it to where I can see different points of views and what can happen with just one small, simple idea for a film. There are so many possibilites that can happen alone in this one creative classroom. I believe that I have improved my socializing skill, with making more friends. I have been taught more with photoshop, by Mrs.Schneid, and some of my classmates as well. Also since last year, with not knowing anything about After Effects, I have learned a great deal. But there is still so much to learn, and I do look forward to next year with new people and new ideas!
As for any good websites to list for you, I am sad to say that I have none. However, if you ever feel sad, just google 'Cat Gifs'. Your day will be a lot better.
Advanced Film Making has got to be one of my all time favorite classes. One of the reasons why is because I feel like I can really express myself, but there are some things that could be improved. I know that we have to have deadlines for our films and projects, and that is completely understandable. However, I saw on T.V. that a film was made in another school for bullying, and it was produced by a boy about two years younger than me. It took him six months just to film and edit it. I think that it would be really cool for next year if we could do a project like this. Take a while to make something absolutely amazing!
We have done so much as a class this year, and so much of it I loved! I liked how we went on field trips too. It was cool that we got to go see an animated movie, and you guys took me to Chipotle for the first time! It was absolutely amazing how we got to video chat with Ernie for making and animating Disney movies and I really appreciate him showing us so much. I loved making the thank you film for him too. One field trip however, that I don't feel like we should go on....ever...EVER again...is to Cleveland, but you already knew that, didn't you? The one thing that I loved the most has got to be being painted and photographed. I thought it was such a cool experience and I would LOVE to do it next year!
Contributing to my film boys
I am going to miss you guys, probably more than you would think. But I know we will all stay in touch and I wish you all best of luck to what you do with your future! Even though I will have different film boys next year, you will always be the originals!
I love you all!
